- Tuesday, May 7, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0I was returning a product for a client. she asked me to purchase for her as she is 86 and can't drive, the product was from Walmart. Not my store but where Seniors shop. a man asked me what I needed. I explained that I had spent a long time getting the return code from Walmart, that it would not download so I had it on my phone, I called the store, they said to email it to them and that would not work either. so I went in with the code on my phone. this man had this attitude with mean words to me letting me know that this was beyond his pay grade( he did not say it like that) but I said to him, "oh sorry this is bothering you, he just grumbled, then I said is it because I am older, he then grumbled more, then he said I am sorry you are having trouble with your "walmart stuff. he said this in a mean tone,, then I asked him again, if this was too much for him, he just grumbled. I said that I could go somewhere else, he was just mean and the apoligzed and was mean again. it is hard to say exactly what he said b/c it was mostly contmeputous and non-verbal. I am a therapist and look like an older person. anyway, he was so rude, and I won't go back there. Even his employees seemed to come to my rescue. it is as if they knew he is not a kind person

Adam was so patient and tried several different approaches to get these impossible forms printed. My daughter who is pretty good at problem solving had not been able to do it. Adam was so patient, kind and professional.

They are always patient and helpful. Mary was so kind to me and assisted with options as to how I could touch up my page setup prior to printing. Was really glad she was there.

Adam walked me through the process of sending photo file to them, getting code and selecting color. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, as the entire time I was there several times he was asked by his staff for assistance in answering questions and he never missed a beat. Staff seemed happy and I believe that is partly due to Adams management skills. Very awesome experience! Thank you, Adam!

He said he did not understand how to use the printer, Or how to fax something. So the employee offered to help him, and did. He went back to his desk when he thought the customer was okay to finish the rest on his own and the customer completely freaked out because he must have fotten lost again, and your employee went over there and handled the situation with class and professionalism even though the guy was being a complete *** to him. The way he handled this rude customer was excellent customer service. I wish I would have gotten his name. Tall man with blondish brown hair. Just wanted to say GREAT JOB! My 1st time they helped me with no problem so there was no need for that man to be so rude. I have 20 years in retail, and just wanted to pass along the good things I see when I happen to see them.
