JG was the main associate at the counter and was very thorough and efficient to getting assistance out as quickly as possible. I don't use FedEx very much but after this experience, I believe that I will be coming back to this location because of the customer service I received from JG. He was very professional and courteous but most of all showed great patience. Thanks JG for the awesome service.

All of the FE team members were engaged with customers in a coordinated fashion like a platoon of Marines engaging prospective targets...only, in this scenario, everyone made it out alive, well-serviced and happy. In my case, team lead, Travis, spotted me in the rear and tasked Brad to neutralize my printing needs. Within seconds of successful completion, he moved to the mission-critical customer whose needs only he, Brad the Brilliant, could meet. Upon timely receipt of my product, I exited the scene safely and happy in the knowledge that I had done my small part to assist FE personnel in the completion of their daily mission. James was the associate handling my rather large, fragile package to which he added several "FRAGILE" stickers at my request. Always kind, considerate and knowledgeable about all the store's operations, I was on my way in a couple of minutes.
