Office1576 responded and said a person would reach out within an hour. No one called. I went to the location on Saturday, no record of my order. While there, I emailed my order again to printandgo this time and got a confirmation: 06A11FB. I emailed twice to see if my order was ready Sunday only to have the email bounce back. I went into the store and Fatima found no order under my retrieval code. When she realized all I wanted was a 11" X 17" color copy, she took care of me in 2 minutes! Very poor service for the 48 hours prior! A gentleman helped me on Saturday that it was his first day at the Club Drive location and obviously could not understand what I wanted. Disappointed it took 2 visits to Club Drive to get my copy thanks to Fatima.
