I discovered I needed I.D to ship so I was sad that I forgot my I.D as I generally don’t need it. Ruby stopped what she was doing to see how she could help. She was amazing she asked me did I have an account which I do she told me I can create my own label with my #. Ruby took me over to the self service computer and showed me how to create my label and just like that my package was on its way and I was on my way back to work on time. I’m grateful that she overheard me and went above customer service needs and extended her help to me. I actually never knew this was a thing and from now on she told me I can create my label before I get there and they can print it for FREE. Yes what a way to change someone day. I feel that we never talk about good customer service so when She asked if I would do a survey I was happy to say it was a great experience. I’ll be back. My new favorite FedEx Office.

But I had some things I needed last minute and I was off work doing daily runs and I stopped into the store. I had no experience using the printer and I was welcomed in by every staff member in the store . Surprised I stopped and then said hello back. I asked could they print a few emails I needed and fax them. Ruby cane around and said she could show me how to send emails without printing them at one time. She did just that I learned something new about FedEx Office 1 they are definitely customer focused and 2 they take time to help out their customers. It was a pleasure. I had to share my experience. The copier did not take my card type and I was ready yo walk out when a worker asked me what was wrong. I explained that my card wasn’t being taking by the copier and the worker told me I could purchase a FedEx card if I had cash. I had cash and I purchased the card made my flyers. I was happy because I didn’t know they had a card you could use and I didn’t have the time to wait. I was also happy because they didn’t allow me to leave without asking me why I was leaving empty handed. They even took one of my flyers for my MUA class I will be hosting. I left happy and I will return and now I know I can put cash on my print card from them. Very happy with the service. Thank you

I appreciate her taking her time to help me during the busy time. After she helped me I watched her and her staff interaction with the customers and it was good to see across the board great customer service

She was kind enough to call me personally to let me know when the package had arrived. Exceptional customer service and that is why we have been doing this together for decades.
