- Sunday, March 17, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.0I came to this location, because in my preparation for a passport renewal the government website had a location finder for passport photo services. I was very displeased, because the associate did not know what they were doing. We had to retake my photo, and the 2nd photo is so bright, I think it will be rejected. They stated that the first photo passed, but the other associate there said it wouldn't. They thought the second one would, but I disagreed. I wasn't confident in their ability to help me because while helping me, the associate was complaining about how they do not like passports and hate working with the printer. Since I have upcoming travel, I decided to move forward. I wanted to mail my documents. The associate then told me they couldn't do that, because the National Passport Processing Center is a PO Box. Basically, this was a waste of my time and money. I came home and scheduled a photo appointment with the USPS. They will be able to take a quality photo and mail it. Of course, I'm out the $15.57 and will have to pay that fee again elsewhere. This was very frustrating, and I will not be back.
