Once I submitted, I called and luckily Jenn answered the phone and worked quickly to expedite my print out AND bind it together - there was 6 presentations so it was not an easy thing to do. He has helped me with copying sensitive documents, as well as provided tools when asked. Today, he took it upon himself to help me with printing a shipping label. HE continually goes above and beyond and each time he has helped me, I walk away with a positive experience. My advice is to clone him :). Keep up the amazing customer service, Andre!
