- Friday, March 29, 20242 out of 5Rating 2.0I needed two copies of my pay-stub for proof of income. Was expecting it to cost 20 cents or 50 cents at the most. I asked how to do it. The team member said I could purchase a card or she could “just do it for me”. She made two reduced copies of it because it had a pay check attached. She did not ask if that was okay. I wanted two full size copies. I removed the check and got two full sized copies of just the check stub. I was charged $3.62. The team member needs to tell the customer about the $2.50 FS Surcharge. Also she should communicate before reducing the size of the copy. But this could have been avoided if FedEx Office would have a regular coin operated copy machine for middle-aged people to use. Convenience and ease of use have been overlooked in today’s “modern” world.
