Melissa hung in there, re-doing the task until it was exactly right and she was also authentically pleasant the whole time, not just pro forma "nice", but a real person who cared about her work and how I felt about the special printing job that was for a family event.

I came in to get a simple photo printed on paper. The process is overly convoluted to say the least. The staff doesn't want to assist you with anything. They only repeat useless information that prevents them from working. I hate this store!

She was very patient very efficient and very professional. I said this to the manager who also was very nice and gracious I don't know his name though, but they all did a great job and I appreciate it. Thank you! I always come there when I have any administrative things to do and will definitely return. Please extend my thanks and positive feedback to Melissa W she was excellent!

Not only did I get skipped over as I waited patiently, but the overly and ecessive chatter about idle work gossip and irrelevant questions getting asked to customer. Than when he got freed up in between that customer...he helps another that came in after me. I will NOT USE FED EX FOR ANY SERVICES. WASTED 10Mins of time. Thanks for nothing Fedex!
