Most recently, not only did I miss five requested orders, the approach andnknowledge in making the correction was unacceptable and embarrassing. Further, I ended up having to pay mt rider services $85 for two trips to return for my other orders. And, last but not least, the considerable price increases for services rendered is insane. My plan is to invest in a high quality printer to eliminate or dwfray FedEx's continuous increases. I have been a customer of Kinko's and now FedEx since you established locations in Louisville, KY (since the 1980'). Needless to say, I will continue to use your services but ONLY if I can't do the "jobs" myself or another copy services can't offset your continued service increases. Thank you.
