I felt so bad because it was a crazy day and I came in 15 minutes before closing. Not to mention, I also forgot to bring in my cover page. Rhiannon was incredible! She put me at ease immediately. I thought I would have to come back next day to pick it up, but she put the binder together right there so quickly and even made me another cover page. She was so friendly and accommodating!
