Prior to printing I noticed few format errors at Fedex document editor (which were not there on my personal computer). Shai-Lea helped me on the spot to fix the errors. She also helped me decide on the final finish of the print (paper type, cover type, spiral type). The printed copies look great and it was ready in 24 hours. Of all the FedEx stores I have been at recently, Sha-Lea provided the friendliest customer service. I am super happy with both the service and the product.
