I tried printing it on larger paper, but it just enlarged the pdf even further & then chopped off the top & bottom. There was no obvious way on the touchpad to control the size of the printed image on the page. Very annoying! Was in a huge hurry or else I would’ve tried to speak to a staff person. I’m very experienced with adjusting image sizes when printing, & there simply no option to do that on the touchpad.

I started talking to Emma and he simply walked away and with no explanation left Emma to help me. It was a blessing in disguise. Emma was super helpful and printed my stuff right then and there!

On a prior question in this survey it inquired how likely I would be to visit "any" FedEx office and I ONLY prefer to frequent THIS office and CASSIE is the reason!

Cassie the assistant office manager was so helpful in assisting me with their self service copying and printing/ fax machine which I had to do all three. Cassie walk me through what to do and how to use the self-service machine with a kind attitude accompanying. I love coming to this particular FedEx because besides the service being great the store is super clean and the location is very nice.
