He greeted each person individually (I noticed because he appeared to be keeping track of who had walked in first and then in order after). I was in a time crunch and he gave me a fair estimate of when I could expect my printing to be completed. I waited (as inconspicuously as possible) and I saw him multi-tasking like a true professional. I have worked in corporate management for two decades and I would be proud to work with Noble. This was my first visit to this store, and also was my fourth place today. The previous three stores (office max and other FedEx/kinkos)were unable to accommodate for their own reasons. I really want to recognize Noble for going above and beyond, please acknowledge his efforts- his work ethic is truly what keeps the faith in customer service.
