I had never used a machine that could read from a flashdrive, so she helped me all the way through my service. She was polite and personable and patient with me, as I am elderly and not very tech savvy. I have used the location before to mail a return to Wayfair and to have the staff help me print a couple of things. I have always been treated well and will continue to go there.
