I checked my tracking number shortly after leaving the store and it stated my package would not be delivered until next week! I should have been advise of the delay BEFORE choosing/paying to ship the package next day delivery. That information was readily available online using the tracking number so it should have been communicated UPFRONT that next day service was not available. This was a COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY. The package contained time sensitive medications. Unreliable communication and delivery service by FedEx. I called the store and was refused a refund because it was "due to weather". It was raining when the clerk assisted me with processing FedEx Pak. Yet there was no mention of the possibility of weather delay OR that next day delivery IS NOT GUARANTEED service. I was not given these details to make an informed decision. Deplorable to hide behind weather AFTER you have my money and possession of my goods. Thoughtful communication by staff would have prevented this entire thing. FAIL on FedEx and I feel deceived.
