Today I went there to send a package, but shortly after I left the store, I realized that I forgot to include one item on the package. I went back and Shirin was super helpful in helping my to use another package while keeping the original shipping label which was already stick to the old package. During the process, she demonstrated great customer service to rough her patient and calming attitude.

I visited the store to check on the progress of the order, however, it was not sent through the system to the store. Chris immediately went into action to resolve the issue. Liza the store manager, also tried to resolve the online order to cancel it. Chris and JD created a new order and had it prepared intime for my event. Everyone at store 3004 was wonderful as to customer engagement and crisis management. I was not unhappy at all from their dedication to solve the problem, and lots was happening with other customers at the same time.
