I sent my husband in with my Code to print one black-and-white page and I told him to just go up to the counter and ask someone to help him and that they would help him. Do you know they charged him $2.95 to print one black-and-white page? Shame on you, FedEx. I will not be returning to this location if that’s the way you treat customers. He’s technologically challenged and I couldn’t come in and we are senior citizens! I am totally disgusted
