I’m a regular and I can say that even when the store is busy they manage to acknowledge and help every customer. Recently I have seen a difference with the new manager as he sits on counters and lays across the tables where they be doing the packing and print jobs. I must say this left a bad taste in my mouth as I have never seen employees do this especially a manager. I’m sure this will reach the right person and be addressed.

The politeness of the call I made earlier that day encouraged me to stop in. Due to circumstances I left my usb jump drive the next day the gentleman was thorough in having me identify the files before returning it. The extra measures going above and beyond from all of the employees at this location is very well respected and appreciated.
