I have been using another company for all our shipping needs as we make use of these services quite often seeing that we are foreigners we have to do a lot of paperwork to be able to be in the U.S. I always dread going to the other courier company because of the treatment I receive there as well as their prices!I decided to make use of fedex today and I wish I had done it way earlier. Taylor was amazing she smiled as soon as I entered and the service was outstanding! I told her that not only was she friendly but she knew exactly what she was doing and she made the shipping process so quick straight forwad and easy. My husband was waiting in the car and couldn't believe that it went so quick. Taylor's friendly and efficient service was a wonderful start to my day. I will most definitely be a permanent customer from now on!

It wasn’t a large transaction, only like $4 worth of printing but I was treated so kindly and just as important as anyone else. I was presented with some different solutions when my first idea didn’t work. Everything from paper choices, document uploads and emails- the team member helped me out so much! Then another employees helped me trim my cut the card stock correctly. So helpful!
