I called and was assured that it would be picked up at 1, no show. I took the package to the FedEx office and Chris was very helpful and took care of getting the package shipped. Thank goodness for Chris , but your logistics are terrible.

I didn’t realize the charge until i got home. The total was 5.98 added on my receipt. She never once told me she was adding that to my receipt.
