Kristina called twice for instructions, but she printed a tiny poster instead of a movie theatre poster. She never called to say it was ready. A day later I went in to the store and it was ready. When I balked at the high price she told me $17 was an early pickup fee. Which I had never heard of before! So I told her to hang on to the order so I wouldn't have to pay that fee. I would come back and that way they could properly print my movie poster. Keep in mind no one ever called. When the poster was finally right sized I knew I would pay a big price for it, which was fine, but they still charged my $70 for the small part of the order. I asked Robert why they weren't subtracting the early pick up fee and he said he wasn't part of the charge even though Kristina told me that it was. The entire experience made me unhappy because I have recommended Kinkos Fed Ex for decades. But customer service has declined. I will no.lonfer be posting rave reviews as I have done in the past, especially on Google Guides, where I have 7 million photo views and 144,000 review views.

Beyond this transaction, he has helped us many times and is an exceptional FedEx representative! He is always extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He is never too busy to assist clients in using the FedEx digital services.

He was polite, helpful, and went above and beyond. Not only that, but he said it would be ready when they open the next morning, which is not normal for an order of the size I requested. I have so much praise for the Santa Fe office of FedEx. Best location I've worked with yet.
