Then he was super friendly and efficient showing me the quick drop off scanner with the iPad near the door. Charles was incredibly informative when I asked about printing services. Charles kindly recommended PDF format and explained how to get the print request going. I was so impressed I tried to tip him, he thanked me but very politely declined. I will definitely be back in to this location. I can’t believe I’ve been going to the UPS store for all these years….and I live right down the street! Thank you Charles I’m Team Fed Ex now!

I went in the store, and Cheryl helped me right away. She was so friendly and efficient! I commented about her to my husband, and he said he had been helped by her before too and she was great!

Cheryl started helping me in self service and then realized the number of copies could be done faster in the print service area. She quickly copied, collated and stapled my project and was done in less than 15 minutes. Well done!
