She called me and gave me my options. Ended up getting in contact with another location, she sent my order to them and they finished it and shipped it back! All within a day or two. It was incredible. She left me a voicemail when it was ready, and then called back the next day to ensure I got the voicemail. Her enthusiasm really made the entire project so exciting. She definitely deserves a raise!!

She took the time to get it off my phone. She had to make copies of my documents because they weren’t copying correctly. She made sure it was correct and everything went through. I have been there at least 4 times this year, I look for her because is always helpful and doesn’t make you feel embarrassed asking for help. She has a nice smile and great customer service. She also told the gentleman that was waiting she would be right with him, he was sitting down and offered to come over to him so he didn’t have to get up
