I brought everything into the FedEx office in Mt. Kisco and Darlene patiently took the time to explain why this happened. She also explained the current 'one rate' option which I did this visit. I ship packages several times a year and will only use FedEx. Darlene is great, including her staff. Everyone is always helpful, patient and friendly. I won't ship anywhere else:)
