My hopes is that I am not ignored upon entering an establishment. Her hair and attitude does not reflect a hotel establishment. I will be writing a follow up review to the Sheraton Hotel. Hospitality is the main recipe in creating a great hotel, Brian should have informed me that the business center does not like working. I do not see the purpose of the FedEx being located here, I am ashamed to have stayed spent time here. Absolutely repulsive behavior by that woman.
