She’s efficient, polite and is clearly great at dealing with the public! The older woman in front of me was misguided by a UPS employee, and Vera kindly and patiently corrected their mistake. From my perspective, the woman seemed to understand and was gracious in how Vera spoke with her. Honestly, top notch customer service.
