    The store was well organized and clean. The assistant asked what I needed when I walked in the door, escorted me to the self-serve large scanning equipment, and then immediately proceeded to perform the scanning jobs herself as I was unfamiliar with the machines. Though she occasionally stepped away to help other customers, she was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about scanning settings and made sure my scans were legible and complete.

    The employee didn’t explain the printing costs involved, didn’t advise what was the best way to print my packet . Said she would call when completed but never called. A year ago the cost was $10 less. I was shocked.

    It is so personal with the 3 person team at this store. Ray is an excellent manager with Lyndsey and Stacey at his side . They really care about why are we sending a package, and are in need of their help to properly send it. We could easily go to another Fed Ex that is FAR less of a distance, but because of these three and their genuine caring and professionalism, FORGET IT!! We are going up to Mayfield Hts. location. By the way, we just have not started going there, we have been going there for more than 5 years. Give all 3 of them credit that they deserve. It truly is like visiting with family.

    Terrible experience; package held at customs and according to FedEx Broker likely b/c phone number not entered by associate who took package; went back to FedEx office to figure out what the brokerage issue was about and all I was told was to call "them"; I asked for refund b/c at that point the package would not be deleivered to my 97 year old Aunt by Christmans and all he said again call "them" which was wrong b/c "them" i.e. FedEx Trade Networks gave me a customer service number - store manager could explain nothing about the process or broker issues; when asked why told delivery by 12/21 just said we only go by what the computer tells us - either completely clueless about international shipment process or just didn't want to bother helping; extremely dismissive, told me he didn't even have the customer service number for a refund of paymnet which seems strange b/c I'm sure I am not the first person who has asked for a refund - the FedEx Trade Network rep was more helpful - never again - still trying to get shipment fees refunded - invoice number not printed on commercial invoice so unable to use automated system - total red tape - never again will I use FedEx
