Then they called and said I needed to use a commercial online site instead. The site was not easy to use and I was ready to cancel my order and go to Amazon. Fedex staff called again and asked me to send a PDF of the insignia I wanted printed on my sticker order. I didn't hear back as to whether they could finish the order. But when I arrived at the store today Michal knew how to design the sticker and the order was completed! Nice guy and I was relieved to have my order completed as I was on a deadline.

I always have excellent experiences with FedEx Office, however this was first time visit to this Eugene Oregon location and wasn't familiar with do-it-yourself step to scan sets of documents. I greatly appreciated the helpful and kind demeanor of Matt - his willingness and patience helping me through a 1st time process. (I'll be able to handle myself next visit.) I also like the convenient location in heart of Downtown Eugene. (Background music in the store was nice too.) All these things make me a super satisfied FedEx Office client. Thank you Matt! (looking forward to my next Eugene trip)

It may have taken me a number of additional minutes before I could figure out which steps to take and in which order.
