    I came to the store to use the self service which I have in the past and have been satisfied in the past with and have recommended to several friends. Apparently because I needed an email and not an attachment printed I could not do that myself. A gentleman handed me a business card and said send it to this email instead and you will get a code. That is all he told me. Never said it had to be printed behind the counter never said that the price just jumped from .29 to $3.01. I never would have printed this email out for that price. He ended up taking over a call that a female associate was struggling with for a customer trying to switch a package delivery address and then the female took over with me and just said well that’s the price because we printed behind the counter. I told her if I knew that I wouldn’t have printed it and her attitude was like to bad. Instead of being told I would get a code emailed they should have explained it would be printed behind the counter and how much it would be do you still want to do this before I ever sent the email.

    Well first, there wasn’t just ONE employee that helped me. The 3 that were there at the time all helped, all with a smile on their faces! Melody (I believe was the females name) and I don’t remember the other two gentlemen (one was the store manager). I had gone to a few places before finding them and no one was willing to help! I needed menus printed right then and there. I only had the images on a SD card. They were having computer issues but still handled what I needed done quickly and most importantly so kindly! I truly hope they knew how appreciative I was. Yall have some fabulous employees at that store. I’ll always recommend just for that encounter!
