He is very much appreciated. I had to make a one hour phone call trying to get the file size corrected and he was able help me navigate the procedure.

Went in to get a cart and Eric, whom I remembered from my last shipment,came up and moved a box off of one by the counter and said here you go! Brought the packages in and I told Eric I was concerned about the scan on the label as I used reinforced strapping tape for sealing and the fibers in the tape were covering the scan making it look like a checker board. He brought his hand held scanner over and after a couple of attempts was sucessful!Eric is a great asset for you, treat him right!
- Tuesday, April 2, 20243 out of 5Rating 3.0I had my save the dates for my wedding designed at home and then saved as a PDF to be printed. The print was great on the picture looked great. However, I was told I would be called when they were ready. But I was not called. Your website was not working properly and wouldn’t let me align my photo properly online so I came in to have it fixed and printed. Only it should have been $34.99 for 50 cards as represented online. Instead I was charged $65. That is almost double the price it should be. My mom picked them up for me since I had never received a call that they were ready. She didn’t know what I ordered so just paid the $65. I am very disappointed that I feel like my order would have been fixed if I was notified when ready and I could have been told the price prior to. I was also told when I ordered that envelopes would be provided. But they were not, which was another expense for me to go to another store and get the envelopes that I was told would be included. I didn’t except that I needed to explain to my mom what I had ordered or the price because I didn’t think this would be an issue. I didn’t ask for a refund because seems like too much of a headache. But I will no be getting my wedding invitations printed here. I will be using somewhere else. I do love how the print turned out. The service just needs some work and I am curious why I had to pay almost double for the same product.

On a chance i stopped in they were able to make my storyboards and gave them ready when i came back though town later that day. Very helpful and competent. A breath of fresh air compared to my 9th st store at home in Durham.
