She told me about the new one rate from fedex. That saved my mom a ton of money. Then I needed to scan something to an email. She then walked me over the the self service copiers and walked me step by step how to scan something. She was so helpful and thorough explaining everything. All the staff there seemed very nice and courteous. I will definitely be back. A friend told me that was the place I needed to go, and I sure am glad! I will definitely be back to see her.
