Sometimes I have three or 4 different shipments; all varying in size and packaging requirements. On this particular visit, Promise was entering shipment #3 out of 4 when the computer suddenly logged her out. The store was busy and while she voiced frustration (as anyone would) she did so with professionalism and kindness, offered a sincere apology and moved on to another computer. She was so pleasant and patient. This aspect of my job isn’t my favorite but coming to this store; knowing I’m going to be met with a smile and patient folks is so comforting.
