    I requested something to be printed on a certain type of paper. I picked up the order and realized the next day it wasn’t printed on the type of paper I had requested. I went back to the store to ask about the paper type I had requested, not knowing if I had made a mistake on my end. With my order in hand it was confirmed that it wasn’t the right paper. The gentleman I spoke to responded with “so do you want me to reprint it”, in a tone that made me think he was very annoyed I had even brought it up. And told me I should have checked the order before leaving the store. I said no and left the store. The paper itself wasn’t a big deal, but it was more the principle of the situation that I didn’t get what I requested and paid for and the corresponding customer service experience.

    Josh spent half an hour searching for my missing package, communicating with the truck driver and leading me through the email process which took several attempts. He is a STELLAR employee and needs to be treasured, promoted and rewarded. In an era of the worst employees. In the history of mankind Josh is definitely a gem. FedEx is lucky to have him.

    Marjorie was so helpful and kind. I appreciate her patinece and professionalism. I had to ship a lot of packages to a lot of different states. Marjorie and the team were organized and made what could have been a stressful experience very organized for both me and the other customers who cam in after me.

    Anthony was extrememly helpful and conscientious. We were submitting a document to be printed and coil bound -- we were under a deadline and Anthony was great to work with. He followed up with me several times to make sure it was just right.

    Anthony absolutely dazzled me with his level of service today. Initially it didn’t sound like they’d be able to get my item printed today, so he called around to other locations to see if they could help faster. When they couldn’t not only did he say he could have it printed by morning (the others said afternoon) but then he went above and beyond and surprised me by saying he’d go ahead and do it right now. 10 minutes later, my business cards were done. I’m here in town for a conference and forgot mine at home. His urgency and prioritizing my job absolutely CHANGED my ability to connect and follow up with business contacts during this conference. I am grateful for his personal care and help.
