The Bee Cave fedex location did not want anything to do with my delicate item when I spoke to them twice earlier this week. It was such a delight and awesome experience today with Amanda. A customer can tell when an employee wants to be at work and when they are just dealing with their job, Amanda wanted to be there helping customers and her positive energy was spreading to everyone waiting in line. She was working hard and fast, was very knowledgeable of Fedex services, she's the reason I'll come back to this Fedex location in the future. The other employees were friendly too, but Amanda is who I worked with today and I couldn't of been more impressed.
