Once I showed up to check if it was done, they claimed it was finished, but it was not. The remaining cuts needed were rushed and not according to what I had asked for. The cuts done prior to my arrival were very bad. Overall, I felt there was little concern for my project and I paid way too much for some embarrassing results. I won't be returning to this location.

Every staff member is extremely friendly, personable, and kind. I am impressed, so much so that I wanted to make sure and leave a review, because I hope it makes a difference. This location does a GREAT job delivering a service that makes me associate the brand in a good light. Great job, and Katrice was amazing! Adding a personal touch to my experience and my recipient. What a gem of a person she is!
