He opened my package to confirm everything was vacuumed sealed, he thought I was lying. I feel very insulted he defamed me in front of 3other customers. I feel very offended by the guy opening my package. How should I trust FedEx again for shipping anything? This is a clear insult to customer.

This is being attached to a family heirloom gift to my children and needed to be done expertly. Nataly anticipated what I would need before I could even think of it…it came out so perfect, I was moved to tears - this was a very small and inexpensive project, but it was invaluable to me that it be done perfectly….Nataly made certain that it was!
