It has been checked in and out of the Cypress location for a week. Then traveled to NC and LA and back to the Cypress Station. It has been a week. When I call the 1-800 # I get a script written answer both times I called. I was told to keep my phone line open for updates. I gave my email and phone #. I have not received not one update. I have asked for my package to be held. I hope it is there tomorrow when I go to pick it up and drive it myself to Lake Jackson.

Once it was my turn he Once again helped me make the copies and laminates. At the end of our transaction he asked me whether I needed anything else, and if not was I satisfied with my visit. Jerome is definitely a true professional.
