After emailing FedEx print and go, it took longer than five minutes for the email with the code to come through. Evan helped me by printing the documents himself because the self service machines were busy and I’d already been waiting for that code to come through. The night before I had tried to submit these same documents for printing through the FedEx website, but after over an hour and several error messages, I was unable to submit the print order. Evan was kind and empathic and helped me get the copies and get out the door as quickly as possible.

Wes was friendly, helpful and informative every time.
