Bree came right over and asked if she could see my phone. Bree took the lead, but it seemed as though she had some trouble. Then Alfredo joined us to help solve the problem. Bree knew what she was doing as she downloaded the file to my phone, etc, there was just a time delay for electronic processing. However, both made sure that my printing needs were met and answered all of my questions with kindness.

Grace was extremely helpful, even telling me to push my hair off my face and not smile (because of passport regulations). This helped me not to have to repeat the process! Grace was friendly but professional, efficient, and adept at her job. She was simply a lovely person to meet and a credit to the establishment.
