    I recently had the pleasure of working with Irmie at the FedEx office while rushing to print a student council poster for my little brother. Despite calling just 30 minutes before closing and the assignment being due the next day, Irmie welcomed me with patience and expertise. Meticulously formatting and ensuring the poster was perfect, Irmie provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. This was my first time printing at FedEx, and thanks to Irmie's dedication, it certainly won’t be my last. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for the assistance in making everything perfect for my little brother's poster. Thank you, Irmie, for going above and beyond!

    Irmie went out of her way to help me. I have never had such good service in my life. You need to hire more people like Irmie that greets you with a warm friendly face when you come in and her skills very impressive. She gets an A with me.     calm, professional, interested in doing a job well she advised me on better/ newly established services. engaged well, positive and made me feel that doing business with FEDEX was a good choice.     The staff was very helpful and delightful to speak to. My 1 issue was not with the staff or location but with the technology. I had a 11x17 document that I wanted to scan as a .tiff file but the copiers would not scan to that file type. That was frustrating.

    She is talented, patient and deeply committed to making certain the consumer understands the process. Sue is and was dedicated to making certain I experienced a comprehensive completion of my electronic needs so that documents were sent in a timely manner. Sue displays both management and people/skills and public relations. I will recommend her to others. She is awesome and the best. She especially understands seniors and their specific needs an ancillary specialty. I will follow her to any site at which she is working.
