Despite calling just 30 minutes before closing and the assignment being due the next day, Irmie welcomed me with patience and expertise. Meticulously formatting and ensuring the poster was perfect, Irmie provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. This was my first time printing at FedEx, and thanks to Irmie's dedication, it certainly won’t be my last. I had a 11x17 document that I wanted to scan as a .tiff file but the copiers would not scan to that file type. That was frustrating.
