    The employee was very friendly and helpful. I make frequent shipments and she clearly was knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring I had the correct shipping option selected.

    Came to ship an important package over night under my business account. The associate failed to inform me that there would be a signature required. I found this out via text message after I returned to the my office. I was unable to change anything online or by phone with customer service. Customer service informed me that I had to go back to the store location to change my shipping address. The manager was really cold and tried making me feel like it was my fault that I didn’t know that there was a signature requirement due to my declared value. I then vocalized my displeasure with it being my fault. Then the manager blamed it on the original associate for being a “new” employee. The manager then said that I needed to call customer service later tonight to fix the situation. I once again voiced my displeasure in this solution. The manager then decided to call customer service to fix it. This whole process cost me well over an hour of my day to fix. In my opinion both the manager and the associate need training to help keeping this situation from happing to other customers.

    I went to the Studley location and the person I tried to work with was very unhelpful. Told me she couldn’t scan my QR code and my package couldn’t be shipped. I asked where another location was and she couldn’t tell me that. The other people waiting in line told me where they were. I went to the Bell Creek location and was met by a very personable kind person. She helped with all my needs. She said the other location maybe couldn’t do what I needed and I said that was fine and all the other location had to do was tell me that and all would have been fine! The attitude at Studley was terrible! Alexi is a great asset to your company! I will go there again if needed and never Studley again
