I have used FedEx before and was happy to give you more business, but the website ordering is so unreliable that I am not sure I can. In the end, the store got my project done, but they ended up charging significantly more than my online order (that failed) was listed as.

Because she was working my unique order, she even passed along information to Terry and let me know when she would be working next in case there were any issues.
