I was intimidated about the complexity of these purchases and unsure whether you do to Saudi Arabia, but Mike put me right at ease. He was knowledgeable, friendly, confident, and super efficient. In the blink of an eye, the shipment to Saudi Arabia was ready to go, and his data entry with some of the unusual spellings was flawless. For the second of two items, I accidentally handed over my personal credit card instead of my company one. He assured me not to worry, easily voided out the former transaction and shipment, and had the next two tasks completed in no time while making friendly conversation! Remarkable! He said he appreciated me coming to FedEx for these mailings, and he made me feel important and valued as a customer. I hope he is receiving tons of positive feedback from others because he is incredible. He made me want to do all our corporate shipping here. Thanks for being so professional and so gracious about my error!

It was a two day process because we had to have it packaged and then get a label from the importer with a Pro Forma Invoice. They were extremely helpful letting us leave it one day and come back for shipping. We brought all the information into the office and one of men spoke Italian helping us verify all the proper shipping information. It was such a great experience. They packed the painting safely and the packaging was very reasonable. We are so secure in how it will arrive and the cheerful nature of all who helped us. Can't say enough good things.

I had so many questions and there were so many different details that I almost felt bad that she would have to navigate, but she did it all with the smile and was extremely helpful! Not only will I be back, but I will encourage everyone to get their wedding invitations done by FedEx, and I’ll tell them to ask for Tory!

Tory, used the fedex software to modify the file from my software to fit on the size to work. In addition, she suggested other options and was very clear what Fedex software could and could not do. Tory has always been one to listen first. I will bring in a non-standard project. She listens first and clarifies with me what I want and then does the work. I appreciate her listening. I like this fedex office and personnel. Hope you recognize this employee.
