She was very polite and we got chatting and laughing and before I knew it my print was done and she had done all of the work, from receiving my email, to correctly printing, and cutting the image. It was such an enjoyable experience to be able to talk and laugh with someone and have a real genuine connection. She definitely offered a 10 out of 10 service and if I could give her all the accolades I would! I have never had a better experience at a FedEx. I definitely would return back to this specific location versus anywhere else, just so I can work with Tori and her amazing staff. Tori is the type of person that you want leading your team as she strives to make the work environment not only a fun place to work, but also maintains a professional environment for the customers.
