I only put $5.00 as I am used to it just charging my card for the time I use along with the prints that I make. I ran out of funds as I went over the $5 and had to log off and log on again and add more money. Essentially what was taking me 5 min now took close to 20 minutes. The convenience of stopping in there to do the job is no longer convenient as I could have just went home completely the job.

Marlon took the time to listen to my ideas and work with my printing needs. He helped take an article offline and fix it to fit the pages required, print it out and come up with creative framing solutions. He was very kind, knowledgeable and persistent to get the desired result. It turned out so beautifully and I am very grateful. This was my first time to the store and I will definitely be back!
