Today, I went back to the store and Brandon swiftly assisted me. I explained my situation and showed him my receipt from the previous day. He reassured me that he would take care of the issue and make it right. Brandon helped me rescan all my documents, emailed them to me, and assisted with uploading them. His help and expertise were exceptional and professional.
