The two guys working suggest a few options for me to get the emails over which eventually succeeded. While having email troubles I just watched as these two worked though the room was filled they handled the pressure well and got everyone taken care of. I was very impressed that they didn't even seemed stressed out. I had to come back in the store to tell them how well they handled the situation.

Even as his computers kept crashing he got us out quickly. The best part is our boxes arrived 2 days early!
