The quality of the copies was terrible, with lines streaking across multiple pages. I paid additional for colored copies. Total sale was almost $200. The quality did not reach the value for this money. Will not return to this location.

Turns out the label and package the vendor sent me to return the device did not match - label was for ground and the envelope was for express- so when I asked to hand over the package, Dylan cheerfully offered to take care of it when he noticed this issue and explained what was going on. VOILA! in what seemed like less than 2 minutes we had the package properly set and he handed me the receipt. I thanked him for his highly unusual graciousness and was on my way! I run my own company and I know the difference between bad, mediocre and excellent service. Dylan is an example of OUTSTANDING and he really should be supervising/training Fedex staff - WOW! What a lucky find - it's worth the drive :) Thank you, Dylan!
