She greeted me right away, predicted what I needed, assisted me quickly and made me feel like she valued me as a customer, engaged in conversation, and wished me well as I left. Overall a very positive experience! Especially since I came in within 30 minutes of closing.

The team member was so patient and walked me through how to do everything. She assisted me in making copies then shipped my documents. Tax time is always a stressful time of year but she took the stress out of the process. Thank you Fedex. I wish I remembered her name but thanks to her as well.

Her personality was exceptional and sorry to say but she’s better than most agents that have been there for years. She’s only been there 4 months. She’s a keeper!!

Hi - I will be with you in a moment. Instead there are four other employees walking around store - never acknowledge you even exist. This is a simple social skill. Should not have to be taught, but apparently it does.
