My name is Diane words can’t explain how happy I was with Fantastic service Eric was the nicest person ever he help me with my A poster board and when I Get any better Then Phyre help me and my name was Design perfect When I left yourFedEx store I was so happy. I had tears of joy because the customer Service was Amazing I will be back. I heard Eric and Phyre greeted everyone who walk in that door I just want the world to know these 2 Clerks are the best!!!!!!!

The female team member was incredibly friendly and professional. She greeted me right away, predicted what I needed, assisted me quickly and made me feel like she valued me as a customer, engaged in conversation, and wished me well as I left. Overall a very positive experience! Especially since I came in within 30 minutes of closing.

I often come to this store to ship. Today I shipped and printed out my documents. The team member was so patient and walked me through how to do everything. She assisted me in making copies then shipped my documents. Tax time is always a stressful time of year but she took the stress out of the process. Thank you Fedex. I wish I remembered her name but thanks to her as well.

Keyara was the most pleasant person I have ever had to deal with. She was very nice and helped me with my shipment.

I felt the service agent was being dismissive and did not explain why my package was not picked up 4/5/24 at 8:30am and just sat over the weekend.

This customer service agent was truly amazing. Actually a breath of fresh air after dealing with so many unhappy people everywhere else you go. Her personality was exceptional and sorry to say but she’s better than most agents that have been there for years. She’s only been there 4 months. She’s a keeper!!

Tina did a great job assisting us with our printing of new stationary for our business. She gave us prompt responses to our questions and was very patient with our many changes.

When a customer walks into the store and is standing in line- a simple acknowledgment from the person manning the register would be nice. Hi - I will be with you in a moment. Instead there are four other employees walking around store - never acknowledge you even exist. This is a simple social skill. Should not have to be taught, but apparently it does.

Clerk was very impatient, rudely brief in explaining ins for package.

Tina listened to what I wanted, told me how she could best help me which I accepted at once, promised it for the next day -- including the options she'd have for me to choose between -- and had everything ready when I arrived the next day. Her skill, service, and helpful attitude were stellar.

She said hi as soon as I walked in. Very polite, and helpful. Made everything easy.

We went in the night before our order was due and she was just finishing it up. Didn't have to wait.

I called the store shortly before closing on January 23, 2024 to ask about printing documents on a very tight deadline. Unfortunately, the website uploading experience was awful and slow which meant that my order did not get submitted before the store closed. In looking at my receipt, I believe it took a period of time before it went from the online system to the store. Nevertheless, Tina, who had gone above and beyond by asking my name the night before and watching for my order, came to the rescue. When I arrived at the store shortly before 9am, I found Tina proving what seemed like solo service to a number of unfortunate souls needing double hand holding through the process of using FedEx. Tina is a ray of sunshine. She buzzed around like the friendliest bumblebee treating each customer as a delicate flower to be observed, appreciated, and helped through the personal growth process. I don’t know how she is able to maintain the level of calm, clarity, and customer service when faced with (as Saul Goodman says) “oldsters” especially the cranky opinionated ones who refuse to listen and need the same thing repeated 3x while cutting in line and just generally being rude and feeling entitled due to age, but…. Tina is some sort of magical pied piper of package and print services. She was able to overcome the upload issue on the website end, recommend a coffee place for me to wait, print my documents in roughly 30 minutes, and call me to say she was done with the project so that I made it to my meeting on time. I asked her how I could give her some sort of review, and I wish I could give more than words because she deserves recognition representative of her super-human powers. Also, the store was clean, spacious, well organized. It was a nice touch to have snacks and beverages available for purchase. I bet that was Tina’s idea. Parking was out front and access was easy, I would believe Tina designed the whole store specifically for providing her level of service.

Glen is Awesome. I have a new job and don't have the appropriate software at work. He helped me to look like a superstar during my lunch break at my new job!

Tina helped my family ship a bicycle from FT Myers to Minneapolis. She made the process painless, explained our options beyond what we expected and saved us so much time and money. When the transaction was final she was able to save us money again when the height of the box caused our price too go up. She solved the problem again by repacking the item herself and sent us on our way smiling. What a relief to us that she was there to help!
